The first 3 phase machines offered by Matrix to the industrial sector, the 10KW delivers a steam pressure of 10 bar. All units feature stainless steel body and boiler and include both continuous fill function and a detergent facility to assist with the cleaning process and may be fitted with a 1200w industrial vacuum to recover waste residues for hygienic disposal. A comprehensive tool kit is supplied as standard with vacumated models.
